Notes from plant tag:

A hybrid banksia known for the large, bright orange flower heads that appear in autumn and winter. These giant, candle-like flowers are over 40 cm long x 10 cm in diameter. The foliage is small, heath-like and olive green.

A bird-attracting specimen with flower heads that are excellent for cutting. A perfect size to use as a screening plant in sunny locations.

Grows best in well-drained, sandy soil in full sun or part shade. Tolerates light frost, wet periods and short dry spells. Water weekly for two summers.
