If you arrive to collect your order and you are not happy with the standard of any of the items you purchased online, a full refund will be offered at time of collection.
Once you have departed with your items, our normal refund policy applies.

No refunds are offered or provided on any plant or biological material once it has left the premises. Please satisfy yourself with respect to your decision prior to departing the site.
Refunds on non-plant or non-biological material are offered in accordance with current consumer legislation. "Change of mind" refunds do not apply.
SHIPPING, POSTAGE & DELIVERY is not currently offered. Items on this website are only available in-store, or via Click-and-Collect.
