Notes from the plant tag:

A very attractive, evergreen perennial with clumps of stiff, narrow, strap-like foliage.

During spring a profusion of white, iris-like flowers are produced along slender stems.  

Prefers a semi shaded position in moist, humus rich soils.  An ideal addition to rockery or poolside plantings and makes a perfect container plant.  Divide clumps if necessary in spring.
