Notes from the plant tag:
 
A dense lightly weeping shrub with bright green new growth and cardinal red flowers spring-summer-autumn.  Suited to cool temperate to tropical climates, moist or well drained soils, neutral to acid pH.
 
Use as a specimen, screening or streetscape.  Feed with low phosphorus native fertiliser.  Occasional pruning if required.
