Features: Loosely branched, slightly spreading shrub with lush foliage and spikes of striking purple, lipped flowers with very long stamens that resemble the whiskers of a cat. Flowers appear over a long period. 

Conditions: Prefers a well-drained, moist soil in a warm, semi-shaded position. Protect from wind, cold and frosty conditions. 

For Best results: Trim lightly after flowering to maintain desired shape. Mulch well to retain soil moisture and suppress weeds.
