Small, deciduous tree with stunning fuchsia pink flowers from mid summer to autumn, impressive autumn foliage colour, resistance to powdery mildew and attractive bark provide year-round interest.

A spectacular specimen tree suited to street plantings.  A great avenue tree and a perfect choice for large garden beds.

Prefers a sunny, protected site in moist, rich, well-drained soil.  Tolerates frost and dry spells.  Mulch well to conserve soil moisture and suppress weeds.  Fertilise in spring and prune to shape as required.  Mulching will improve soil structure and ensure a cool root zone.
