An evergreen, dwarf, spreading shrub with blue-green foliage and dark, lipstick-red, tubular flowers from late winter to summer.

A tough groundcover for difficult spots in the garden, useful for covering embankments or container planting.

Grow in a sunny position in well drained soil.  Tolerates hot, dry conditions and poor soils.  Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
