A medium sized shrub with a slightly spreading habit.  The burgundy-tipped, deeply-lobed foliage make this shrub an attractive addition to any garden.

Pretty, mauve-pink, toothbrush-like flowers are produced in winter and spring which are not only a visual delight but are also great for attracting an array of nectar feeding birds.  

Prefers a sunny position in well-drained soil.  Requires little water once established.  

Prune after flowering to maintain compact habit.
