Evergreen shrub with a profusion of scented, white or pale pink flower heads in winter and spring. This species shows some variation in height and flower colour.
Ideal, low, screening plant. Useful for shrubberies and for attracting nectar feeding birds into the garden.
Thrives in an open, sunny site with well drained soil. Tolerates moderate frost and extended dry periods once established. Fertilise in spring with a low phosphorus fertiliser.
Caution: May be a skin irritant.
