A stunning new cultivar bearing pale orange/yellow flowers, turning to bright orange then finally to a burnt orange/red from early summer to late autumn.
Growing 0. 5 m tall with a spread of 3 m to it is ideally suited to mass plantings as an effective ground cover or cascading border plant.
Prefers to grow in full sun in well-drained soil although can be hardy in other soil types. Will tolerate light frosts.
Although very drought tolerant, deep watering during extended dry periods will increase vigour and flowering. Mulching during these periods will also retain the moisture, but be careful to keep the area around the trunk free of mulch to avoid collar rot.
Fertilise with a slow-release native fertiliser during the growing season.
Prune over the warmer months to promote flowering and a more compact form.
