Heliconia Species

A beautiful evergreen perennial plant with large, vibrantly coloured flower bracts.

An excellent cut flower for indoor arrangements.  May be grown outside in tropical climates.

Requires a moist, humus rich soil, preferably with filtered sunlight.  Fertilise in spring and keep moist during summer months.
