Notes from plant tag:

A more compact form of Westringia Wynyabbie Gem, growing 1-1.2m x 1-1.5m. Found as a seedling and has proved useful in home and urban landscaping. The Silver Green foliage and soft blue mauve flowers contrast beautifully when planted with dark green foliage and pink, purple and white flowering plants. 

Jervis Gem can be used as an informal hedge to 1m. Needs to be clipped to promote new growth.
