Notes from the plant tag:

A semi-dwarf selection of the evergreen magnolia.  Glossy green leaves are an attractive rusty brown beneath.  Large creamy-white flowers appear in summer.

A valuable hedge plant as well as a specimen plant for lawns and shrubberies.  A decorative plant for containers and formal gardens.

Grown in a sunny to partly shaded, sheltered position in moist, well-drained soil.  Avoid sites where late frosts may be a problem.  Water deeply during dry periods.
