DESCRIPTION: A callistemon cultivar with a magnificent summer display of mauve flower spikes with golden anthers.
USES: Ideal for screening, windbreaks and general garden planting.
POSITION: Grows best in moist soils and flowers best in full sun. Tolerates poor soils, moderate coastal exposure, short periods of dryness and waterlogging.
CARE: Lightly prune behind spent flowers every year to achieve dense, bushy growth.
PLANTING: Cultivate soil before planting. Dig hole twice the width of the container. Remove plant from container and place into the hole so the soil level is the same as the surrounding round. Fill hole firmly and water in well even in the soil is moist.
