Notes from the plant tag:

A dense quick-growing groundcover or mounding shrub with large orange-red brushes in spring and summer. 

Extremely hardy, thrives in cool temperate to tropical & semi-arid climates; moist or well-drained clay or sandy loam soils, neutral to acid pH.

Feed with low-phosphorus native fertiliser. Excellent for harsh sites, minimal maintenance required.
