A very popular palm that is well suited to use indoors, with very graceful fern-like leaves.  A very attractive potted specimen.

Grown as a foliage plant among other plants in the garden, or prized as a potted specimen indoors, or on a well-lit verandah.

For best results indoors, grow in filtered light, keep moist during warm weather.

Outdoors, in a part shade position, protect from strong winds.  Keep moist, but not wet.

Fertilise a couple of times during warmer months to encourage strong, lush growth.
