Notes from the plant tag:

Very hardy, low growing shrub spreading to approx 1 m across.

FEATURES:  Star-shaped flowers are white opening to pale pink with prominent yellow anthers.  Occurring in small clusters, the flowers are abundant between late winter and early summer.

CONDITIONS:  Grows in sun to full shade.  Well-drained, sandy or lightly loamy soils are preferable, with plenty of mulch to provide a cool root run.  Will tolerate moderate frosts.

FOR BEST RESULTS:  Trim back lightly after flowering to keep the plant thick and in good shape.  Additional watering may be required in dry times.
