Pemelea ferruginea "Snowball" makes a wonderful dwarf feature shrub for the front of a sunny garden bed, or in a pot or rockery garden, in a temperate climate. "Snowball" features beautiful round heads of snow white flowers and small glossy dark green leaves on a lovely compact shrub. It is also wonderfully easy to maintain – simply trim back behind spent flower heads at the end of spring.
Snowball is especially good for coastal areas that are subject to salt-laden winds.
