Notes from plant tag:

A soft, dense, highly perfumed shrub with violet flowers spring to early summer.

Thrives in cool temperature to sub-tropical climates: moist or well drained clay or sandy loam soils, neutral to acid pH.

Great for formal hedge, spectacular specimen or planted en masse, highly perfumed for cut foliage and flower. Feed with low phosphorus native fertiliser.

Minimal trimming as required.
