Hardy, Australian native, evergreen climber, or self-supporting shrub with sprays of pale, pink blooms, each with a carmine-coloured throat. Long, flowering and fast growing.
USES: grow up walls, pergola and fences or as a groundcover.
POSITION: well suited to fertile, moist soils, well-drained in sun or light shade. Will tolerate some frost once established. Enrich soil with some well-rotted compost and mulch well to keep root zone cool. Support on trellis, pergola or fence.
WATERING: Water and mulch well during extended periods of dryness.
CARE: Prune as required to maintain its shape.
