A small, upright shrub with arching stems carrying narrow leaves.  Soft, green, bottlebrush flowers are produced mostly in spring.

Ideal for shrubberies, this decorative plant is also ideal for seaside gardens and for informal and formal hedges as well as screening.

Thrives in a sunny to partly shaded position in well-drained soil.  Tolerates periods of dryness, coastal conditions and is front hardy.  Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
