Notes from the plant tag:

A small to medium, semi-deciduous tree with glossy leaves and large, white to pale pink tubular flowers with yellow centres which appear in spring.  Long seed pods follow flowering.

A showy garden plant.  Also makes an attractive street plant.

Grow in full sun or partial shade in a warm, frost free location in a well drained soil.  Drought resistant.  Prune out old dead wood after flowering.
