Long flowering, evergreen ground cover with burgundy, toothbrush-like flowers from spring to autumn.  New growth is attractive, coppery-red.

Establishes quickly and is ideal for spilling over banks, or carpeting under trees and shrubs.  Attracts nectar feeding birds.

Thrives in a sunny position in moist well drained soil.  Frost tolerant.  Prune after flowering if required.  Apply a low phosphorous fertiliser in spring.
